Under the direction of Registered Nurses' in the Intensive Care Unit, the monitor technician monitors the cardiac / telemetry units by appropriate documentation, appropriate communication, and maintains an organized telemetry station

POSITION SUMMARY :

(Lab Assistant II) -Phlebotomist

Position Summary :

Performs routine technical and clerical functions to include specimen registration and billing. Performs venipuncture, specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens. Performs phlebotomy duties as assigned. Will perform waived testing and assist in Microbiology processing and plating specimens, as requested.
