Construction Project Coordinator

Provide administrative and document control support to the project team. Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore and other construction management software. Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures to support project operations. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure documentation compliance. Support field office operations and transition to the project site trailer when mobilized. Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate office. Contribute to the long-term development of administrative processes for future projects.

2+ years of experience in a construction-related administrative or coordinator role. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience working with a General Contractor, steel erector, concrete subcontractor, or small local GC. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Comfortable working in a field office environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maitland, FL. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00 / hr.
