Job Summary
Oversees the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager. Coaches, teaches and develops all frontline team members to ensure excellent member service. The Front End Lead teaches, develops and motivates all team members for successful execution of membership programs and initiatives as well as front line operations. The FEL is responsible for monitoring, driving and coaching for desired membership / member experience goals and results. Ensures that all membership products are offered and Member orders / requests are processed in a positive, timely, and efficient manner. The FEL delegates work, monitors staffing and compliance with operational standards. Provides excellent customer service to our Members.

Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily.Define and model GOLD – Grand opening look daily.Ensure items are stocked and promotional plans executed; maintain clear signage; keep areas clean and organized.Primary Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
Supervise the front line (including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk) in the absence of the Front End Manager.Model and provide excellent Member service; coach and develop team members accordingly.Drive membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.Drive member engagement, speed and productivity on the front end.Train, coach, motivate, recognize, and evaluate frontline Team Members on tasks and expectations defined by position.Use Cashier Observation Forms, Productivity Boards, and metrics to drive performance and engagement.Perform front end responsibilities including closing through POS and handling member escalations.Act with urgency to assist Members in a timely manner; backup for cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors when needed.Process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds or changes due to Members.Stay up-to-date on promotions and product information; apply discounts and coupons as appropriate.Maintain cleanliness of the front of club member servicing areas.Navigate system applications; use online task management system (MyWork) to manage workflow.Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.Maintain all club policies and procedures; regular, predictable attendance is essential.Qualifications
Prior leadership experience preferred.Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.Prior cashier experience preferred.Basic math skills required.Environmental Job Conditions
Most work is on hard surfaces with occasional bending, reaching, and lifting; up to 30 pounds regularly, more with assistance.Indoor environment with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises; occasional exposure to cleaning agents.Location : Huntsville, AL
Compensation : The pay range for this position is starting from $18.50 per hour, with actual salaries varying by location, education, experience, and qualifications. This description is a good faith estimate in compliance with pay transparency requirements.
