Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic projects across multiple product lines and new verticals
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategy and execution
Lead change management across the GTM organization, ensuring effective operationalization of new initiatives
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of professional experience, with 3-4+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment with multi-product sales structures
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales analytics tools
Proven ability to influence across all organizational levels using a data-driven approach
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact
