The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Applying manufacturing technical skills to provide leadership, support and services to assigned projects
• Lead and implement manufacturing programs in the plant by implementing innovative solutions to process problems and opportunities and by serving as a key plant liaison
• Identifying causes of product and manufacturing problems and implementing solutions
• Monitoring product and process capabilities and developing plans for continuous improvement
• Utilizing cGMP procedures, including validations, nonconforming product reports, corrective and preventative actions, etc.
• Supporting daily manufacturing operations as well as new product introductions
• Troubleshooting tooling and machining issues

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (2) experience in manufacturing in a medical or pharmaceutical regulated environment in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma / GED from AND (6) six years of experience in a manufacturing in a medical or pharmaceutical regulated environment in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Work location : Onsite, Irvine, CA-United States

Travel : May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance : May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
