Founded in 1979 by a group of very involved, hands-on, highly regarded therapists, Children’s Therapy Center is on a mission to maximize the potential of children with disabilities. Our approach is to dismantle racism and ableism by offering collaborative, personalized, and family-centered physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We believe in the power of teamwork and offer early intervention services and multidisciplinary, play-based, and child-led early childhood special education.
Children’s Therapy Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team! Our Occupational Therapy Assistant will join our Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Team, serving children from ages birth to 3, in our Auburn-Enumclaw, Washington service area. This role focuses on providing early intervention services in the child’s natural environment, partnering closely with families and caregivers to support development through everyday routines.
Our ideal candidate has experience with, and enthusiasm for, working with children, their families and caregivers. They are skilled in supporting children and their families in a wide range of areas, including motor development, sensory processing and regulation, feeding and oral motor skills, communication and social interaction, cognitive and adaptive skills and supporting daily routines. They will have a strong passion for helping children with special needs, and their families reach their full potential.

This position operates onsite, in-person, and is available a full time 40 hour per week.
Compensation & Benefits :
Children’s Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education. The pay rate range for this position is $28.66-$38.88 per hour dependent on related experience and education.
