Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $30.00-$36.00 / hour based on experience

Qualifications : Required :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape construction and crew leadership
Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment : skid steer, mini excavator, tracked loader, chop saws, etc
Experience with site grading, reading landscape plans, and job site layout
Valid MA hydraulics license and driver’s license (must be insurable)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
High school diploma or GED

Preferred :

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional (MCLP) designation or willingness to obtain

Demonstrating your leadership skills by managing and directing a crew of 2-6 people

Leading by example in a professional manner and meeting production standards

Anticipating problems and planning ahead for needed materials, equipment, and assistance

Ensuring team members are using safe field practices and PPE, while reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors and properly documenting all accidents

Effectively communicating and coordinating with other team members about job progress

Complying with company policies, procedures, and SOPs

Demonstrating your expertise by training a crew as a team

Ensuring job cost reports are properly analyzed and that job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets are filled out
