Job Type : Full-Time
Pay : $30.00-$36.00 / hour based on experience
Qualifications : Required :
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape construction and crew leadership
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment : skid steer, mini excavator, tracked loader, chop saws, etc
- Experience with site grading, reading landscape plans, and job site layout
- Valid MA hydraulics license and driver’s license (must be insurable)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred :
Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishMassachusetts Certified Landscape Professional (MCLP) designation or willingness to obtainHere is what working as a Landscape Construction Crew Leader at Riverside Services will entail :
