Junior Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) Field & Corporate Talent Acquisition

Reports to : Director of Talent Acquisition Location : Hybrid Chicago / Lincolnshire strongly preferred. Camping World is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support both Field Operations and Corporate Hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. This person must be a self-starter with a passion for career growth and advancement within the Recruiting Vertical.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support high-volume recruiting needs across Field Operations (Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance) and Corporate functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other creative channels.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule interviews across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as candidates contacted, interview screens completed, candidate interviews scheduled with Senior Recruiter or Hiring Manager and candidate pipeline activity.

Qualifications
