Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Project Manager to support our Commercial Install division in Syracuse, NY . The purpose of this position is to use the skills and experience to manage construction projects at an advanced level. This individual will operate as part of a team to make project decisions and ensure proper communication and coordination with field staff and clients.

Summary :

Responsibilities :

• Perform any and all functions necessary to run and manage multiple construction projects
• Maintain extensive knowledge of HVAC / plumbing systems, commercial and mechanical piping and ductwork.
• Responsible for training and direction of Jr. Project Managers and Commercial Field Staff
• Lead completion of multiple projects accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

What can we offer you?

The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and / or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
