About:
$25 per hour
Supportive Management
Responsibilities:
Manage all correspondence including phone calls, emails and inquiries
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events for the office
Arrange travel plans and accommodations for all staff members such as flights, hotels and transportation
Maintain up to date records, databases and filing systems and be sure that these are within compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1 year of administrative / office coordination experience
Strong work ethic
Effective communication strategies
