Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist (Bilingual) March-June

FLSA STATUS : Salaried - Overtime Ineligible- Temporary (March through June)

LOCATION : Charter School (Either campus)

PRIMARY FUNCTION : Responsible for diagnosis, identification, evaluation, and remediation of speech and language skills as related to educational factors of pupils with oral, language, voice, fluency, and auditory acuity disorders.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

• Determine student eligibility for speech and language services (administer academic testing, etc.). E
• Create and implement the IEP based on student needs. E
• Provide services to students per the IEP. E
• Assess progress of students towards IEP goals. E
• Facilitate meetings with applicable stakeholders throughout the IEP process. E
• Prepare, complete, distribute, and / or submit required items by due dates. E
• Attend meetings and professional development activities, as requested. E
• Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all students, parents, and staff. E
• Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
• Perform other related duties, as assigned. E
• Be a team player. E
