What You'll Do : Deliver customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to supervisory personnel and / or emergency responders as appropriate. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to staff, visitors, and / or members of the public as needed. Complete detailed and accurate reports of security-related activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by Allied Universal and location policies. Support all security-related operations and procedures as directed by Allied Universal management and client site leadership. Minimum Requirements : A current Guard Card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Experience providing customer service is preferred. Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
