Our goal is to provide IT and software-focused students with unique summer internship experiences that build knowledge, skills, and real-world impact in software development, automation, AI, and digital transformation. Our internship approach is hands-on and project-driven, allowing interns to work on meaningful initiatives that directly support our teams, our customers, and our business.

As an IT Summer Intern, you will be supporting our Software Development and IT teams as we build modern, intelligent, and accessible digital tools that help our engineering, operations, sales, and field teams run smarter.

About the Job

• Familiarity or interest in core programming concepts and languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Mobile Frameworks).
• Interest or academic exposure to one or more of the following: LLMs/AI, API integration, Database design, Web Development, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or handling unstructured data (JSON, text processing, vector stores).
• Work with our Software Development team to design, build, and prototype world-class digital solutions
• Participate in real, project-based initiatives focused on AI, automation, UX/UI, and mobile development
• Help develop innovative tools that improve sales opportunity capture, RFQ intake, and operational visibility
• Build modern, mobile-first applications to increase accessibility for field and operations users
• Learn how we design and deploy secure, scalable internal applications
• Gain exposure to AI workflows, agentic systems, and modern authentication patterns
• Collaborate with senior developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
• Document best practices and share knowledge with internal teams
• Experience how digital transformation supports real-world manufacturing, operations, and customer success

Each intern will be paired with a dedicated senior developer mentor and will work through milestone-driven projects with defined deliverables and visible outcomes. This is a hands-on experience where you will build, test, and delivernot just observe.

Requirements for Success

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• 3.5+ GPA preferred
• Strong interest in software development, AI, automation, UX/UI, or mobile development
• Desire to build real-world technical skills and see your work used in production
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Motivated self-starter with a passion to learn and try new things
