Associate Financial Planner

• Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
• Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
• Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Qualifications :
• Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired
• Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred
• Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred Compensation : $95,000 - $150,000 commission based
