Job Title : CNC Operator

Location : Nunica, Michigan

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m., with Friday overtime as needed

Pay Range : Based on experience

Job Summary :

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities :

Operate and program CNC machines to produce wood components per job orders

Monitor machines for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Maintain accurate production records and report issues promptly

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards

Qualifications :

Prior CNC operation experience required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High school diploma or equivalent
