Description :

• Operate Machinery : Set up, operate, clean, and monitor production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect Products : Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and resolve operational issues and report major problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain Records : Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered. Complete required documentation related to production runs, including production logs, inspection reports, and incident / accident reports.
• Adhere to Safety Procedures : Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
• Clean and Maintain Equipment : Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Support Team : Assist with the training of new staff and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Build positive relationships with Company staff members; share information with appropriate parties; willingly cooperate with others and carries him / herself in an appropriate manner maintaining courteous and effective interactions and communication with other employees.
• Handle Materials : Properly handle and store raw materials and finished products, ensuring they are organized and correctly labeled.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Organize, prioritize and complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
• Exercise effective problem solving techniques, engage in effective conflict resolution, and make timely decisions based upon logical conclusions of factual information.
• Continues personal competency through training / education, etc.
• Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work.
