Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• ASN completion required

Requirements :

40 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Credentials : Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam.

Preferred Credentials : BSN.

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Floating Requirements : Must be willing to float within the hospital as needed, especially ED holding.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

7 days maximum time off
