Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Executive Assistant for their Dayton, OH location.
Responsibilities :
- Manages the calendar for 4-5 C Level Executives.
- Takes meeting minutes.
- Assists Executives with meeting preparation including preparing presentation.
- Candidates must be proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Must have at least 2-5+ years experience managing calendars for multiple C Level Executives.
- Needs strong professional presence.
- Coordinates travel as needed and manages invoice reporting as needed.
- Assists with anything in the department requiring assistance for Executives.
- This position requires a high degree of responsibility, integrity, judgment, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Must possess excellent organizational knowledge, and an understanding of the Executives’ methods of operation, in additional to the overall function of Premier Health System’s practices, policies and procedures.
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks that are varied in nature, necessitating good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and to anticipate outcomes. Investigates incoming requests and questions to resolve issues appropriately.
- Effective interaction with a broad range of people both within and external to the corporation to include board members, medical staff, all levels of personnel as well as members of the community, maintaining good public relations and confidentiality.
- Must have a professional demeanor that is perceived as calm, and energetic.
Requirements :
At least 5 / 7 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, preferably from a healthcare environment.High school Diploma or GED.Strong Organizational SkillsEffective oral & written communication skillsTyping proficiency of 60 words per minuteDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc)Knowledge of Board Effect, or other electronic board portal software helpfulKnowledge of medical terminology highly desirableExcellent interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with high level executives, community leaders and Board membersTime Management and Organization Skills; Uses time effectively and efficiently; Ability to multi-task, organize workload, processes, or physical objects and spaces; Anticipate needs of the executives; Can prioritize and attend to a broad range of activities with composureWhy Should You Apply?
