Job : IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Consultant

Duration : 6 Months

BM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) professional to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade workflow and business process automation solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable digital workflow applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IBM BAW solutions.
• Develop workflows, case management solutions, business process models, and integrations using BAW.
• Configure Process Server, Case Manager, and related BPM / BAW components.

Implementation & Integration

Maintenance & Support

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (v19.x or higher preferred).

Strong expertise in BPMN process modeling, case management, and rules design.

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, SQL.

Experience with Process Designer, Process Admin Console, Case Manager Builder.

Familiarity with IBM FileNet, ODM, or related IBM Digital Business Automation products is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology
