Position at 4Insite SBM is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer ! Whiletheprimaryresponsibilityofthispositionisdevelopment,workingonanagileteamwillrequirethis positiontobewillingtobeinvolvedinallareasofthedevelopmentlifecycle;analyst,designer,developerandtesterasweworktogetherasateamtomoveworktoastatusofdone.Thispositionwillberesponsibleformentoringassociatesoftwareengineersontheteam,helpingthemtodeveloptheirtechnicalskills.ThispositionwillalsocollaboratecloselywiththeSoftwareArchitectinestablishingandenforcingadevelopmentframework andstandards.  Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Workonbothbackendandfrontenddevelopmentprojects
• Participate in configuration, build and release management, and testing of software with software engineers.
• Participate in the analysis,design, development, test, modification and integration of software systems orsubsystems for designated products and / or customer applications.
• Applicationcoding,unittestdevelopment
• Experience building enterprise product solutions and delivering those solutions as SaaS offerings.
• Experiencebuildingscalable,performant,faulttolerablesolutions.
• Strongobjectorienteddevelopmentpractices
• Maintenanceofexistingmodulesandapplications.
• Conductingdesignandcodereviews.
• Providing oversight of other development contributors through code review feedback and constructive criticism.
• Staytechnicallycurrentontheproductanditsevolution.
• ParticipateinarchitecturaldesignforteamandEngineering.
• Provide feedback regarding employee performance on development team to management.
• Recommend newprocessesasneeded to improvequality, cost, or on-timedelivery
• Attendregulartrainingtoincreasesoftwareknowledgeandtoremainuptodateonnewestdevelopments.
• Providedocumentation,knowledgebaseentriesandFAQstoassistincontinuousimprovementofdepartmentresources.
