Job description
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to join a fast-paced team in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare client meeting agendas, gather client data, and prepare reports
Attend and take notes during client meetings, documenting and tracking tasks
Maintain records in CRM and portfolio management software while providing support to advisors and clients
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in financial planning / investment management
Experience with Money Guide Pro / eMoney and / or Redtail CRM is a plus
Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health licenses
Client Service Plus work style
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively
