Job description
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Review and enter vendor invoices and credits, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and maintain accounts payable records
Prepare accruals and perform analysis of accounts as required
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an A / P Associate or similar position
Preference for candidates with an Associate degree in Business or Accounting
Knowledge and experience with Coupa and SAP S / 4HANA or similar ERP systems
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables and simple formulas
