Medical Records Specialist

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Perform quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma (GED) required

A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred

Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to type 50 words per minute

Must be self-motivated and a team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
