Managing Attorney - Probate - $250k - $300k

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to provide expert legal counsel in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of trust and estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in trust and estate matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Represent clients in probate court and during litigation
• Assist clients with guardianship and conservatorship issues
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs as necessary
• Negotiate settlements and manage disputes related to trusts and estates
