Embedded Linux Engineer

A company is looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer to automate infrastructure for IoT device provisioning and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Yocto-based embedded Linux OS projects

Automate software build and deployment processes for IoT devices

Configure and manage Linux-based IoT systems and implement over-the-air (OTA) software update systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years with Yocto, Linux kernel, and infrastructure automation

Experience configuring and deploying IoT systems, including OTA update systems

Proficiency in C, C++, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash

Experience with software build systems and CI / CD pipelines

Strong understanding of security protocols for IoT environments
