Position : Transaction Management Ops Representative

Locations : Pennington, NJ or Jacksonville, FL

Pay : $18.52 / HR, paid weekly.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

This is an on-site / hybrid role. (You will be expected to be on-site 100% of the time through training. Once you are up to speed and able to be fully functional in role, you will move to hybrid with at least 3-days onsite).

Role Overview

The Transaction Management Ops Representative will support the Abandoned Property Team , which manages critical Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) processes. Responsibilities include :

  • Identifying abandoned accounts
  • Managing statutory due diligence mailings and client claims
  • Completing regulatory escheatment reporting
  • Engaging with clients, branch personnel, and state unclaimed property representatives to reunite clients with their assets

The primary focus of this role is handling client inquiries and requests via inbound and outbound phone calls. Calls may involve additional actions such as :

  • Documenting detailed call notes
  • Updating internal systems
  • Performing full verbal verification (LexisNexis)
  • Sending documents / instructions to clients
  • Entering requests into the Service Request Portal
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound client calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Conduct outbound outreach to help clients reclaim abandoned assets
  • Provide timely and accurate account maintenance and documentation review
  • Multitask effectively while assisting clients and branch offices by phone
  • Adhere to call center schedules and service-level expectations
  • Maintain professionalism while de-escalating situations and resolving client issues
  • Required Skills

  • Prior call center / contact center experience
  • Strong client service and resolution skills
  • Ability to de-escalate situations with professionalism
  • Effective in team-oriented, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Confident, empathetic client communication (“soft touch” approach)
  • Desired Skills

  • Financial services or brokerage industry experience
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Working Conditions

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Use of computers and technology
