Principal GTM Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal GTM Engineer to architect and execute the go-to-market engine for their AI product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-touch campaigns to activate a large alumni and contact database

Create intent detection systems to identify buying signals and trigger targeted outreach

Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to drive strategic decisions and pipeline generation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience building growth / GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record of generating $10M+ in pipeline through outbound motions

Technical implementation skills with APIs and automation platforms

Experience as a former founder or early GTM hire is a plus

Strong systems thinking and ability to create scalable GTM solutions
