Associate Director, Program Management

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Program Management (Product Development).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for product lifecycle device development, including hardware design, engineering, testing, packaging, and delivery

Own and evolve the stage gate process across device programs, ensuring clear checkpoints, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment

Facilitate project activities and promote continuous process improvement by optimizing documentation, workflows, and team collaboration

Required Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2+ years in consumer hardware or product development

Direct experience managing product and packaging development for physical goods

Proven ability to manage hardware development timelines and deliverables

Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements for hardware and international markets

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar
