Job descriptionExecute sequential manufacturing steps for quartz crystal resonators. Perform micro-handling and assembly under magnification. Adhere to SOPs to maintain process control and product consistency. Stage, organize, and load finished units onto trays with exactness. Communicate effectively with team members to keep workflow smooth. High School Diploma. Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including addition and subtraction. Steady manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination. Strong attention to detail; quality and accuracy are non-negotiable. Comfort communicating verbally in a production environment. Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt. Technical school training. Background handling delicate items (e.g., watch crystals or diamond jewelry).
