Vice President of Product Development

A company is looking for a Vice President, Head of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the healthcare payer space

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, market validation, and post-launch iterations

Collaborate cross-functionally to bring successful products to market and act as the primary product evangelist

Required Qualifications

10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare

Proven success in building and launching AI / ML / NLP-powered products

Deep understanding of health plan operations and compliance

Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and data science teams

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
