Senior Director, Sales, North America

Position Summary : As Senior Director, Commercial for Americas at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will lead commercial activities in North America, ensuring flawless execution of our growth agenda. This role is remote based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the North American commercial team in successfully implementing strategic growth initiatives and commercial activities.
• Develop and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to support divisional AOP and STRAP.
• Collaborate across functions such as Service Management, Customer Services, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to improve customer value.
• Foster and strengthen high-level customer relationships, serving as a point of contact for any concerns raised by our partners and representing Thermo Fisher Scientific in senior-level discussions.
• Align actions and processes across local, regional, and global teams to improve customer happiness and achieve a world-class Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).
• Attract, develop, and retain talent while building an effective leadership succession pipeline.
• Foster an inclusive environment that drives employee engagement measured by the Employee Involvement Survey (EIS).

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $192,700.00$260,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
