Customer relations / Service Drive Manager.  Val Ward Cadillac has an opening for a Service Department customer relations manager; The position has a variety of responsibilities and reports directly to the Service Manager.  Managing the greeters and flow of customers through the drive during rush peaks while handling the day to day customer issues, courtesy car office proficient and some light paperwork duties.  Prior automotive Service department experience a MUST.
