Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee various balance sheet reconciliations (bank, inventory, receivables, etc.)

Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and reclassifications

Analyze and review monthly P&Ls for practices

Ensure compliance with GAAP, HIPPA, and other healthcare-specific regulations

Monitor and maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules

Support annual audit processes, including preparation of schedules and coordination with external auditors

Lead some month-end and year-end close processes

Cross collaborate with operations and various other departments to align financial operations and organization goals

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification required

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements

2+ years in accounting, audit experience a plus

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Experience in healthcare, private equity, or multi-site operations a plus
