Professional Coach

A company is looking for a Professional Coach and Content Educator to guide working learners through an online certificate program.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver bi-weekly 1 : 1 coaching sessions to help learners overcome challenges and improve skills

Provide academic and organizational support to help learners plan, prioritize, and apply skills at work

Document coaching notes, track learner progress, and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching

Demonstrated ability to help adults set goals and persist through workplace challenges

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple learners effectively

Comfortable working independently and as part of a data-informed team

Coaching certification preferred (ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar)
