We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy program. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that values clinical excellence and professional growth.
Opportunities Available : Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN New Grads Welcome! In-House Therapy Program Rate Range : $50$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)Accurately document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes in accordance with PT Board standardsSupport departmental operations and ensure therapy areas are clean, safe, and well-maintainedCollaborate with nursing staff and assist in training Restorative AidesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient progress, concerns, and care plansParticipate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences as neededEducate patients, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and home exercise routines to support discharge planningFollow facility policies and maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirementsReport any equipment issues to ensure a safe and efficient therapy environmentBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesQualifications
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant License (State of California)
