MUST PASS THE CREDENTIALING PROCESS TO BE HIRED; MUST BE CA BBS LICENSED.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assess, diagnosis, and prepare treatment plans that are clinically appropriate for the client(s).
• Provide 45-50 min individual, family or couples therapy in person or virtually.
• Complete proper clinical documentation within 24 hours of completing a session.
• Participate and engage in clinical consultation (1-2 hours weekly)
• Max caseload of 30 clients per week

LMFTs are required to have :

Illuminate Psychotherapy, Inc. provides :

LMFT compensation $50-80 / hr depending upon experience.

In a typical given work week, clinician would have 0-30 clients scheduled.

Hours worked would be dependent upon the clinician’s caseload.

Preferred specializations : EMDR, DBT, CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy

Preferred availability :

Monday through Friday 8am-8pm

Saturdays 8-12pm
