Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting for client businesses and ensure they receive value from finance and accounting functions

Oversee financial reporting, monthly financial close, and KPI management

Manage client meetings, provide insights, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

10 years of experience at a Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
