This is an in-person position in East Aurora, NY, with some flexibility.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and file individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns.
• Supervise, review, and mentor staff accountants to ensure accuracy and professional growth.
• Manage and develop client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategy for individuals and businesses.
• Research complex tax issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with partners on firm growth and client service initiatives.
• Stay informed of changes in tax law and apply updates effectively to client situations.
