Description :

Agency must supply radiation badge.

Position specialty is X-Ray Tech.

Daily caseload per tech varies.

The schedule consists of working three 12-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 12 AM to 12 : 30 PM, with holidays as needed.

During the first week of the contract, the traveler may work the day shift for orientation.

The set schedule will begin the following week.

On-call requirement is 3-4 days per month.

The clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs.

Floating to other facilities is not required.

Travel experience is preferred, but first-timers will be accepted.

O / C-Arm experience is required.

A BLS certification and ARRT (R) certification are mandatory.

Experience with Patient Ratios and charting system is preferable.

Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Hurricane season runs from June through November each year, with peak activity in August and September.

All RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Approval will be based on facility needs.

Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate.

All compliance must be completed on time for the proposed start date.

Prior employees must be separated for one year before returning.

Candidates with a pending South Carolina license will also be considered.

Modules are non-billable, with an average of 4 hours spent on them.

Complete pre-start modules are reported by the facility.
