About the position :

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, self-driven individual to join our supply chain team in Billerica, MA as a Supply Chain Specialist. This position will support Supply Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain which supports production of commercial and development materials. Proven experience and a thorough knowledge of material requirements planning and inventory management is essential. This role will work closely with and support Supply Chain. There is cross-function interaction with manufacturing, quality, development, and design. It also assists implementing, and executing material plans to achieve corporate objectives. Responsibilities :

• Analyze demand plans and develop material requirements plan to support production schedules
• Support weekly forecast and planning
• Execute material purchase requisitions and coordinate with the purchasing team to order and / or modify purchase orders as needed
• Prepare and distribute monthly reporting which supports Supply Chain (Cost, Inventory, Supplier Performance etc.)
• Work through appropriate channels to resolve issues and get material delivered on time to ensure supply continuity for production schedules
• Analyze and report risks to minimize impact on the production schedule
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of planning, scheduling and material flow processes
• Own master data accuracy for areas of responsibility ensuring proper system alignments and requirements
• Support efforts to reduce supply chain cost, transit times, and distribution cycle times
• Support month-end close activities, including inventory troubleshooting and adjustments
