    • What You'll Do as an STNA :

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and other daily activities.
  • Build relationships with residents to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver excellent, personalized care to residents.
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.

  • An active STNA certification in the state of Ohio
