As a Sales Team Lead, youll be the driving force behind sales, customer engagement, and team performance. Your role is to motivate, coach, and inspire a team while ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. What Youll Do :
- Lead by exampledrive sales and create an energetic store environment.
- Train and mentor team members to maximize performance.
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied through exceptional service.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
- Work with store leadership to exceed sales goals.
