Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) Technician

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) Technician for a contract opportunity at China Lake / Edwards AFB, CA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

• Qualified Aviation Life Support Systems Technician through a U.S. military service, FAA certification, or an equivalent recognized program.
• Experience supporting military aviation life support programs, preferably with F-15, F / A-18, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of military and FAA aviation safety standards, technical orders, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Proficient in using maintenance tracking systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will provide critical support for ALSS requirements across multiple military programs, including the F-15, F / A-18, and other current and future platforms. The ideal candidate will be a qualified ALSS technician with military, FAA, or equivalent certification and experience, capable of ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and operational readiness. REQUIRED EDUCATION

Accredited AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS

PART TIME / FIRST SHIFT7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM.
