Shipping Night Shift Supervisor

The Shipping Supervisor will lead the night-shift warehouse team overseeing all outbound operations to ensure accuracy organization and on-time truck departures. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who communicates clearly maintains team accountability and keeps the shipping floor running smoothly during late-hour operations.

The supervisor will coordinate picking and loading enforce safety practices manage space and workflow and collaborate closely with logistics inventory and production teams. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead motivate and guide the night-shift shipping team to meet daily performance goals.
• Oversee all picking and loading operations to ensure accuracy completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain structure accountability and a positive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate expectations clearly and translate departmental plans into consistent results.
• Collaborate with logistics production and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage warehouse space staffing and workload based on daily volume.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure all trucks are loaded sealed and ready for departure at the end of each shift.

Location : Newark NJ

Type : Full-time Night Shift (MonThu 4 PM1 AM with flexibility)

Salary : $70k-$100k
