LIHTC Assistant Community Manager (35100)

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations income limits and compliance rules.  - Required
• Minimum of two years of property management experience - Required
• Knowledge of Property Management software : Yardi  - Preferred
• Knowledge of affordable housing / government programs
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs : Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Additional Information :

Copper Mesa (290 units)

$26 hourly

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) weekends if needed
