Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading projects and supporting teams. Clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader supporting the Army and other DoD entities, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have :

• Experience managing engineering and technical projects in the Army and DoD domain
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing staff and client communications, providing analysis of project budgets and forecasts, and communicating with company leadership to infuse new knowledge into the project when required and to perform regular reviews
• Experience communicating and explaining complex analyses and themes to technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of the project management lifecycle
• Ability to advocate for the customer and be supportive of their development needs
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience within a DoD technical procurement environment, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience within a DoD technical procurement environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
