WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR : TSTC is seeking a full-time Graphic Specialist to to help evolve our partners’ current products and to conceive and iterate on upcoming products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media that support public communication, outreach, and internal initiatives. Duties include developing graphics, layouts, and branding materials that align with government standards and accessibility requirements. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong creative and technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment. Experience with government or public sector design is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Art Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Note : Ten (10) years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in graphic design and multimedia environment.
• At least one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office Suite.
