Our client is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Billing Coordinator to support reimbursement and A / R operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely billing, claims submission, and payor collections for home infusion services. Youll collaborate with internal partners, work directly with payors, and take ownership of billing processes to optimize reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit medical infusion claims for home infusion services
- Manage accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections)
- Resolve complex billing and claims issues
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support service and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years Home Infusion billing experience (must be recent)2+ years experience in home infusion reimbursement processHands-on A / R & payor collections experienceProven experience in front-end medical billing (not intake)Knowledge of medical payor billing (not pharmacy / RX)HIPAA compliance knowledge (2+ years)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & WordStrong problem-solving skills, motivation, and ownership-mindsetHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred
Collections experience (home infusion payor focus)Track record meeting billing performance metricsExperience with CVS / Quorum or similar home infusion organizationsLocation : Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule : MondayFriday, flexible hours
Compensation : Up to $25 / hr (firm)
