Cyber Security Administrator Location : Fontana, CA Salary : $120,000–$140,000 / year We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Administrator to protect and strengthen our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in network security, SIEM administration, incident response, and cloud security. You will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive data, hardening infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage next-generation firewalls, IDS / IPS, and endpoint protection systems. Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, ELK) for threats, triage alerts, and lead incident response. Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and malware analysis to identify risks. Manage identity and access management (IAM) including O365, Azure, and MFA policies. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and training programs. Support compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CMMC, HIPAA) with thorough documentation and audits. Collaborate with IT and leadership to enhance security architecture and resilience. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience (administration, engineering, incident response). Strong expertise in firewalls, SIEM (Splunk, ELK), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on skills in malware analysis, reverse engineering, and vulnerability management. Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or other scripting languages. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, SOX, GDPR). Certifications : Security+, CISSP, or equivalent (advanced certifications a plus).
