• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1740 - $1860\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or compact state)\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required before first shift\n
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required before first shift\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a Med / Surg or acute care setting\n
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for medical-surgical patients\n
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards\n
• Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and new staff\n
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Initiate discharge planning and patient education upon admission\n
• Maintain a safe environment by following hospital policies and healthcare safety guidelines\n
• Foster a positive and efficient work environment through teamwork and effective communication\n
• Assume charge nurse duties as needed after orientation\n
